Before the West Loop of Chicago was known as a trendy neighborhood full of spacious lofts, cozy cafes and popular nightspots; it was rife with crime and derelict buildings. But due to its proximity to the Loop, Royal Imperial Group envisioned a community where professionals and families would one day prosper. Acting on this foresight, Royal Imperial Group assembled the parcels necessary to develop the West Loop Tower. Construction is anticipated to begin in the fall of 2024.
