When Royal Imperial Group began the redevelopment of a building in a depressed factory area in Chicago’s south loop, great care was extended to assure that the old and the new would blend to create a proud future. Through the use of innovative and imaginative designs and techniques, our group redeveloped the property into a vibrant and highly successful residential and retail center while preserving its coveted National Historical Landmark status. The building received great acclaim in the architectural and construction industry and sold out prior to completion of construction. The project revitalized the entire Printers Row District.
